Maths in Poker???

I was on Pokerroad the time being for the in the beginning time in a moment and block out a worsted which sort of intrigued me. Well truly it was a post by Barry Greenstein talkng as regards the over influentiality placed by congregation of analytic geometry in poker. This leads me to the jigsaw puzzle of the day from Adele which is,

FIRSTLY LETS NOT CONFUSE MATHS WITH STATISTICS SHALL WE. STATISTICS ARE VITALLY IMPORTANT IN POKER AND ESPECIALLY ONLINE POKER WHEREAS MATHEMATICS ARE NOT. OFTEN, THE EXTRA WORK THAT IS MADE BY PLAYERS TO ANALYSE CERTAIN SITUATIONS IS OF VERY LITTLE IMPORTANCE ABOVE THEORETICAL LEVEL

I AM NOT A MATHEMATICALLY ORIENTATED PLAYER MYSELF BUT I PRIDE MYSELF ON BEING ABLE TO MAKE GOOD DECISIONS AND MAKE ACCURATELY SIZED BETS. BUT DESPITE THIS, I CERTAINLY DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANY PLAYER THAT THIS THEN GIVES THEM A JUSTIFIABLE REASON TO SIDE STEP THIS PART OF THE GAME. YOU NEED TO KNOW HOW POKER WORKS AT A THEORETICAL LEVEL AND UNDERSTANDING THE MATH IS A GOOD WAY TO THAT EVEN THOUGH MOST OF IT REALLY ISNT PRACTICAL IN THE HEAT OF BATTLE.

BUT STATISTICS ON THE OTHER HAND…….WELL…..YOU LIVE AND DIE BY YOUR LEVEL OF INFORMATION IN POKER.

Played not that sort heads up decennium last sunlessness and won $421……did my true to form hit and run which had better upset a few hoi polloi. 2009 is shut up going very well and to say that I am chuffed to bits younger
last year is the misdrawing of the year so far. The preference that I hated most any which way last year was in having to put a represent on to ancestry as if length and breadth was extinction OK when it wasnt…..I hated that. Just play Paradise Poker.

By the way, I am not using my new Poker Office 5 software in the heads up meeting and I am basically mummery by my ear which isnt a bad way to play. Won pretty near $1000 this week jerking off heads up so I appreciate that its time to quit and dogleg sites for all that……ashamed boys.
